It's almost KCAR's voting day and we want to hear from you!

September 26th is our annual Voting Day, known as the General Membership Meeting; and your chance to vote. Eligible Member voters are any Primary or Secondary REALTORS® or Brokers.

The General Membership meeting will be held at Maple Dale Country Club at 9:00 am with breakfast provided beginning at 8:30 am.

The votes to be counted this year include: The 2025 Slate of Officers ballot for NAR Director, President-Elect and two 2-Year Director positions, as well as the proposed 2025 Budget.

Voting will be done via Elections Online as we have in the past. Voting capability will open September 26th and be sent in an email – so be sure to check for or whitelist email from vote@skypunch.tech for your ballot.

Paper ballots will also be available at the meeting for those who would prefer that method, or who experience technical difficulties.

If KCAR does not have your updated email information, you may not receive a ballot. Please notify us if so, and change your personal information in the KCAR Member Portal.

(Ballots can be submitted for 7 days, and voting will end on October 3, 2024).

If you have questions, please bring them with you to the Meeting as the Board of Directors will be in attendance to address them with you.
