Bylaws Committee
To discuss and recommend changes to the general membership to align with the ever-changing environment of the Association. The bylaws of KCAR must be in the best interest of the majority of the membership while aligning with NAR standards. This committee will also recommend and make changes to the Association’s Policy & Procedures Manual.

Moved across the street to 64 S Kings Hwy in 1989 and been there ever since. Completed ABR and ABRM courses in the first year they were offered and continue to hold both designations, as well as GRI.
