To make financial recommendations to the board of directors and membership on the Association’s behalf to help continue the growth of the Association and execute budgeted financial expenditures. This committee will help set and make a recommendation to the Board of Directors on the yearly budget. This committee will also discuss financial expenditures that are not part of the yearly budget and make recommendations to the board.

Brandon Hohrein is a real estate professional in Delaware, with over five years of experience in the industry. He is the proud owner of The Hohrein Group at Keller Williams Realty Central Delaware, where he has helped countless clients achieve their real estate goals.


Aside from his impressive track record in real estate, Brandon is also highly involved in industry organizations. He serves as a Director on the Board for Kent County Association of Realtors, and is a member of the Agent Leadership Council for Keller Williams. Additionally, he is the Market Center Tech Trainer at his office, helping other agents learn how to make the most of technology in their real estate businesses. Brandon also contributes his skills to the Gene Owen Scholarship Golf Tournament Committee.


In his personal life, Brandon operates a fleet of 16 rental cars through the Turo platform with his wife Jaimie, who he has been married to for a decade. They enjoy working together to provide a high-quality rental experience to their customers. Lastly, Brandon is the proud owner of Tucker, the coolest miniature schnauzer you'll ever meet.
